Seriously and so good and it's what I've had for breakfast the final few years and I'thou not stopping anytime soon!

In fact, I go and so sad because we seem to go through our leftovers so quickly.

Information technology's just my family unit and my parents for Thanksgiving and while my mom and I certainly melt up a storm, it seems like we blow through all that food so fast.

I'k always wishing we had more to use for leftovers.

The last affair… I adore a fried egg and that's how I usually make this leftover Thanksgiving breakfast.

When you cut into the egg yolk and it oozes out all over the hash – and mixes with the gravy – well, you just can't beat information technology! 🍳😍

However, if you would rather have scrambled eggs in your hash, that absolutely works too.

I'd use two eggs and whisk them in a small-scale bowl. Then add together them to the skillet in after the rest of the ingredients are warmed through and cook until they are soft set and mixed with the hash.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup leftover turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup leftover dressing or stuffing
